The American Hockey League has announced that the 2019-20 AHL regular season will be paused for the safety of its players, employees, and fans in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
SAN JOSE, CA – The San Jose Barracuda (@SJBarracuda) presented by Barracuda Networks (@barracuda) and the American Hockey League (@TheAHL) affiliate of the San Jose Sharks (@SanJoseSharks) announced on Sunday that the club is auctioning off the remaining San Jose Barracuda Pink in the Rink specialty jerseys during an online auction to benefit the Canary Foundation (@CanaryChallenge) on www.SJBarracuda.com.

The Barracuda sported the Pink in the Rink jerseys during San Jose’s 6-5 loss to the San Antonio Rampage on November 5th at the SAP Center.
A portion of the proceeds of the online jersey auction will benefit the Canary Foundation.
The online jersey auction to benefit the Canary Foundation will run until Sunday, November 13th at 5pm (Pacific) and consists of the following jerseys;
San Jose Barracuda game worn #51 Pink in the Rink specialty jersey from 2nd year defenseman, Patrick McNally. The 24-year-old native from Glen Head, NY has played in 35 games with the Barracuda last season recording three points (1-2-3). Patrick led the Harvard Crimson to an ECAC championship during his senior season tallying six goals and fifteen assists on the year. Click HERE to place a bid.
San Jose Barracuda game worn #72 Pink in the Rink specialty jersey from rookie defenseman, Tim Heed. The 25-year-old native from Goteborg, Swedenspent the past 3 seasons playing for Skelleftea AIK where he won the SHL's award for top defenseman during the 2014-15 season. San Jose Barracuda game worn #53 Pink in the Rink specialty jersey from 2nd year forward, Nikita Jevpalovs. Jevpalovs scored 1 goal wearing this jersey against the San Antonio Rampage on 11/5/16. The 22-year-old native of Riga, Latvia recorded 100 points (49-51-100) for the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada in the QMJHL during the 14-15 season and scored 14 points (5-9-14) last season for the Barracuda. The 20-year-old native from Minot, NDwas the San Jose Sharks 3rd round selection during the 2014 NHL draft . Schoenborn currently has two points (1-1-2) on the season for the Barracuda.
