Tuesday Tussle: The Barracuda and Condors (Edmonton Oilers) collide for the seventh time on the 10-game season series on Tuesday. Since getting outscored 10-1 in the first two meetings, the Barracuda have earned a point (0-1-2-1) in each of the last four against Bakersfield. Entering Tuesday, the Barracuda are 4-0-1-0 over its last five home games, while the Condors have dropped its last three on the road.

 

Condors Cooking: The Condors boast the AHL’s top-two point-getters so far this season. Cooper Marody ranks first in the AHL in goals (14) and points (24) while Tyler Benson ranks second in the AHL in scoring (22) and first in assists (15).

 

Tale of the Tape: The Barracuda are 28-21-4-5 lifetime (H: 16-9-2-2/R: 12-12-2-3) against the Condors and 1-2-2-1 in 2021 (1-0-1-0 in San Jose). The WHL’s MVP in 2018-19 also leads the Barracuda in scoring (15). The Sharks selected the Denmark native with the second to last pick in the 2016 NHL Entry Draft.
