SHARKS ANNOUNCE 2019 ROOKIE TOURNAMENT ROSTER

SAN JOSE, CA - The San Jose Sharks (@SanJoseSharks) announced today the team's roster for the 2019 Anaheim Rookie Tournament, a four-day tournament September 7-10 at Great Park Ice (@The_Rinks). The Sharks, along with the Anaheim Ducks (@AnaheimDucks), Arizona Coyotes (@ArizonaCoyotes), Colorado Avalanche (@Avalanche), Los Angeles Kings (@LAKings) and the Vegas Golden Knights (@GoldenKnights), will appear in the tournament.
Every team will play three full games during the round-robin event, facing a different opponent each time. The Sharks will take on the Coyotes on Saturday, Sept. 7, followed by the Ducks on Sunday, Sept. 8, and will finish with the Kings on Tuesday, Sept. 10.
Fans will have the opportunity to watch some of the Sharks top prospects, including Ryan Merkley (@ryan_merkley), Jake McGrew (@McgrewJake), Sasha Chmelevski (@sashachmelevski), Ivan Chekhovich (@Chekhovich_Ivan), and Zach Emond, as well as 2019 draft picks Artemi Kniazev and Dillon Hamaliukand amateur free agent signings Lean Bergmann (@Bergmann_lean98) and Tony Sund.
