TEDDY BEAR JERSEY ONLINE AUCTION

SAN JOSE, CA – The San Jose Barracuda (@SJBarracuda), proud American Hockey League (@TheAHL) affiliate of the San Jose Sharks (@SanJoseSharks) announced on Sunday that the club is auctioning off the remaining San Jose Barracuda Teddy Bear jerseys during an online auction to benefit the Santa Clara Aquamaids (@aquamaids) on www.SJBarracuda.com.

The Barracuda sported the jerseys during San Jose’s 3-1 victory over the Texas stars on Friday December 22nd at SAP Center.

A portion of the proceeds of the online jersey auction will benefit the Santa Clara Aquamaids. The online jersey auction to will run until Sunday, December 31st at 5pm (Pacific) and consists of the following jerseys;

Tim Clifton
San Jose Barracuda game worn #45 Teddy Bear specialty jersey from rookie center, Tm Clifton.  The 25-year-old native from Matawan, NJ has seen action in 24 Barracuda games so far this season recording 1 goal and 4 assists. Clifton signed with the San Jose Sharks as an unrestricted free agent last spring after completing his senior season with Quinnipiac (ECAC) where he served as an alternate captain.

Cavan Fitzgerald
San Jose Barracuda game worn #76 Teddy Bear specialty jersey from rookie defenseman, Cavan Fitzgerald.  The 21-year-old native from Boston, Massachusetts has been a staple on the Barracuda blue line this season.  Fitzgerald currently has 2 goals and 5 assists on the season.

Manuel Wiederer
San Jose Barracuda game worn #59 Teddy Bear specialty jersey from rookie forward, Manuel Wiederer. The 20-year-old native of Deggendorf, Germany recorded 117 points in 114 games over the course of two QMJHL seasons. Wiederer was drafted in the fifth round of the 2016 NHL draft by the San Jose Sharks. Wiederer registered two assists while wearing this jersey on 12/22.

Jon Martin
San Jose Barracuda game worn #71 Teddy Bear specialty jersey from forward, Jon Martin. The 22-year-old native from Winnipeg, Manitoba has played in 17 games with the Barracuda this season recording 5 points (2-3-5).

Michael Brodzinski
San Jose Barracuda game worn #75 Teddy Bear specialty jersey from rookie defenseman, Michael Brodzinski.  The 22-year-old native from Ham Lake, MN has played in 18 games with the Barracuda this season recording 3 points (1-2-3). Brodzinski was drafted by the Sharks during the 2013 NHL draft just seven picks before his brother Jonny.

Parker Gahagen
San Jose Barracuda game issued #33 Fighter Pilot specialty jersey from rookie goaltender, Parker Gahagen. The 24-year-old native from Amherst, NY has appeared in 3 games with the Barracuda this season as a part of the World Class Athlete program. Gahagen played 4 years of college hockey at the US Military Academy and is attempting to make the US Olympic team.
