SHARKS ACQUIRE KYLE CRISCUOLO FROM RED WINGS

SAN JOSE, CA – San Jose Sharks General Manager Mike Grier announced today that the team has acquired forward Kyle Criscuolo from the Detroit Red Wings in exchange for forward Jasper Weatherby.

 

Criscuolo currently has 10 points (five goals, five assists) and 17 penalty minutes in 27 games with Grand Rapids of the American Hockey League. In 334 AHL games, Criscuolo has posted 187 points (77 goals, 110 assists) and 127 penalty minutes and was a member of Grand Rapids 2017 Calder Cup Championship team.

 

Criscuolo has also appeared in 15 NHL games with Buffalo and Detroit (between 2017-2022), posting two assists. He played four collegiate seasons with Harvard from 2012-2016, including two seasons as team captain and helped lead the team an ECAC Championship in 2015.
