San Jose Barracuda Opening Night This Friday At SAP Center

SAN JOSE – The San Jose Barracuda (@SJBarracuda) presented by Barracuda Networks (@barracuda) and the American Hockey League (@TheAHL) affiliate of the San Jose Sharks (@SanJoseSharks) have announced the special events surrounding the home opener for the Barracuda’s inaugural season at the SAP Center on Friday, October 9 at 7:30pm vs. the Rockford IceHogs.

Be a part of AHL history at the SAP Center as the Barracuda play their first regular season game of the season.  Doors open at 6:30pm with the first 5,000 fans receiving a commemorative San Jose Barracuda opening night t-shirt courtesy of Pepsi. 

Fans are encouraged to be in their seats before 7:20pm for player introductions and a special opening night presentation.  Puck drop is scheduled for 7:30pm vs. the Rockford IceHogs (AHL affiliate of the Chicago Blackhawks) and it will be your first opportunity to cheer on San Jose Sharks prospects Nikolay Goldobin, Troy Grosenick, Bryan Lerg and the rest of the 2015-16 San Jose Barracuda.

All ticket holders will also have access to the Club Level at the SAP Center at all San Jose Barracuda home games this season.  Tickets for all Barracuda home games start at just $12.00 and may be purchased at the SAP Center Ticket Office, online at www.ticketmaster.com/sanjosebarracuda, or by phone by calling 800-745-3000.
